(Self-Defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange) is a 2-hour educational awareness, crime-victim prevention program–encompassing Strategies, Techniques, Options, and Prevention–that provides participants with information that may reduce their risk of exposure to violence and introduces them to the physical aspects of self-defense.

You'll learn: the basics of thunderstorm development, fundamentals of storm structure, how to identify potential severe weather features, reporting information, and basic severe weather safety.

Stop the Bleed is a national initiative to teach all people bleeding control basics in effort to save a life. Trauma is an epidemic in the United States and this basic one hour class will give participants the knowledge and tools to save lives with the A, B,C's of bleeding control.

Mental Health First Aid, (MHFA) is a training offered by the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ Counseling Center, (USFCC). It is an eight hour course that equips participants with the knowledge to help persons with mental health needs connect to support and care. Those who take the course learn a 5-step action plan  which encompasses the skills, resources, and knowledge to assist a person in crisis connect with appropriate peer, social, self-help, and professional supports.
