    2. Based on your responses, you may be cleared to return with a Campus Pass, which appears as a green checkmark at the end of your survey. You may be asked to show this Campus Pass at various places across campus once you arrive.
    3. If you are not cleared and do not receive a Campus Pass with a green checkmark, please stay home and notify your instructor or supervisor. Student Health Services will be automatically notified and a representative will contact you.
  3. As described in our Return-to-Campus plan approved by state leaders this summer, any individuals returning to campus will be placed in a pool for random COVID-19 testing, which the university will implement as an important part of our disease mitigation strategy. If you are selected at random to receive one of these tests, you will be notified with further instructions. Any student, faculty and staff whose COVID-19 test comes back positive will be notified of their test results and instructed to self-isolate away from campus until medically cleared.
  4. Anyone who comes to campus is required to follow the university鈥檚 guidelines for wearing face coverings, maintaining physical distancing, hand washing, disinfecting spaces and other posted mitigation measures. Anyone who does not comply with these requirements will be asked to leave.

The health and safety of our campus community -- and the wider community around us -- depends on this important shared responsibility. Thank you for doing your part.
