The 新澳门六合彩内幕信息 Judy Genshaft Honors College relies on the contributions of dozens of faculty members, staff, and student employees, including seven graduate assistants. The graduate assistants (GAs), all current 新澳门六合彩内幕信息master鈥檚 students, hold a myriad of positions that are essential to the everyday operations of the college.
Anrae Stephenson-Frazier (she/her): First-Year Student Success
What did you do in undergrad?
I studied psychology at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
What is your grad degree program?
M.A. in Counselor Education.
What do you do at the Honors College?
I am the graduate assistant for first-year student success. I work closely with advisor
Kevin Lee to create workshops and events to help first-year students transition into
college and find community. I also help oversee the peer mentors and the Honors Foundations
program.
What鈥檚 your favorite thing about your job?
Being able to mentor the students I work with and watch them grow!
What鈥檚 a fun fact about you?
I like to draw and write!
Anna Khoury (she/her): Marketing Copywriter
What did you do in undergrad?
I studied English Literature at the 新澳门六合彩内幕信息. I鈥檓 also a 2023 graduate
of the Judy Genshaft Honors College.
What is your grad degree program?
I鈥檓 pursuing a Master鈥檚 in English, with a concentration in Rhetoric and Composition.
What do you do at the Honors College?
I am a marketing copywriter, meaning I write stories for the Honors news site, sometimes
taking the story from The Honor Roll Podcast and turning them into news articles.
I also help with the content management system, update the Honors website, and assist
the undergraduate marketing assistants with their tasks.
What鈥檚 your favorite thing about your job?
I love to see what everyone鈥檚 up to in the marketing common area and hear updates
on projects and fun things going on. I also love getting to have a creative touch
with my writing and highlight very cool Honors students who have accomplished impressive
things.
What鈥檚 a fun fact about you?
I love baking sourdough bread! I don鈥檛 have a pet, so my sourdough starter and my
plants are what I like to take care of.
Bethany Jowers (she/they): Academic Affairs
What did you do in undergrad?
I am a 新澳门六合彩内幕信息and Honors alum! I earned a B.S. in biomedical sciences and a B.A. in world
languages and cultures 鈥 Spanish and Latin American studies.
What is your grad degree program?
M.A. in Applied Anthropology 鈥 Medical Anthropology track.
What do you do at the Honors College?
I am the academic affairs graduate assistant, so I work under Associate Dean Lindy
Davidson to facilitate all things 鈥渓earning鈥 at Honors! This includes things like
supporting faculty and their courses, organizing events like the Experiential Learning
Expo and Grand Challenge, and making sure there is space in the building for classes
and office hours.
What鈥檚 your favorite thing about your job?
It鈥檚 so fun to see how rich and diverse the Honors academic experience really is!
What鈥檚 a fun fact about you?
I love to eat 鈥 my favorite restaurants around Tampa are Bamboozle Channelside, Are-Pitas,
Sake House, and Lan Zhou Lamen.
Karley Drapp (she/her): Honors Student Council
What did you do in undergrad?
I majored in organizational communication and minored in intercultural communication
at Florida International University.
What is your grad degree program?
I am currently in my second year in the Counselor Education Master's program here
at USF.
What do you do at the Honors College?
I am the graduate assistant for the Honors Student Council at the 新澳门六合彩内幕信息Tampa campus.
I oversee all the operations of our executive board as they direct the four different
committees, and I assist the students with their professional and leadership development.
What鈥檚 your favorite thing about your job?
I love building long-term relationships with students and seeing them grow as leaders.
What鈥檚 a fun fact about you?
A fun fact about me is that I love rollercoasters!
Marina Fizzuoglio (she/her): Living Learning Community
What did you do in undergrad?
I earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Tampa.
What is your grad degree program?
I鈥檓 in the Master鈥檚 in Counselor Education program at USF.
What do you do at the Honors College?
I am the GA for the Honors Living Learning Community, so I plan events/excursions
and organize volunteer opportunities for our students. I get a chance to know the
students outside of their academics and do my best to ensure they are comfortable
and enjoying their college experience.
What鈥檚 your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my GA job is making sure the students have all of the fun
opportunities I didn't get a chance to have. I was a 2020 graduate and began my freshman
year in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, so I didn't get to have a lot of fun
events like these. I want use this as my chance to give back and encourage the students
to seize every opportunity they get!

I can name all 50 states in less than 30 seconds!
Morgan Horne (she/they): Jenkins Scholars
What did you do in undergrad?
I received my bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in gender studies from
Florida Gulf Coast University.
What is your grad degree program?
I am in the Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling Program.
WWhat do you do at the Honors College?
I am the GA for the George W. Jenkins Scholarship, so I act as a mentor and a resource
for Jenkins Scholars.
What鈥檚 your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is getting to help people navigate their time as undergraduate
students at USF.
What鈥檚 a fun fact about you?
I love Star Wars, and I have actually met Hayden Christensen (the actor for Anakin
Skywalker)!
Noah Young (he/him): Holcombe Scholars
What did you do in undergrad?
I earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
What is your grad degree program?
I am in the Clinical Rehab & Mental Health Counseling Master鈥檚 program.
What do you do at the Honors College?
I am the graduate assistant for Holcombe Scholars, who are first-generation college
students that receive the Holcombe Scholarship based on merit, community service,
and a high level of financial need. My position involves mentoring undergraduate students
and assisting with the administration of the scholarship program.

My weekly meetings with the Holcombe Scholars!

I have a Corgi named Gabbie!
