For 新澳门六合彩内幕信息dance Professor Jeanne Travers, dance is a way of life. 鈥淢y mom says I was dancing the minute I burst into the world,鈥 said Travers, who teaches modern dance, choreography, entry seminar and pedagogy in the School of Theatre and Dance.
While earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees, Travers fell in love with the university community for all its possibilities to work as a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher for new generations of artists. Throughout her time at USF, Travers has taken joy in working collaboratively to choreograph performances that focus on issues of social justice that help educate audiences. 鈥淐horeography can be inspired by everything and anything,鈥 Travers said.
Travers is finalizing the collaborative film, 鈥淢urmurs of a River: An Interdisciplinary, Collaborative, Dance-Theatre Film Project," funded by grants from 新澳门六合彩内幕信息Research and Innovation and the College of The Arts.
