The аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢ College of Education has been selected as the 2021 recipient of the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE)’s Best Practice Award for Innovative Use of Technology for its cybersecurity education initiatives that provide teachers and aspiring educators with knowledge and skills in cybersecurity awareness and training, preparing them for roles in various educational settings.

Africana Studies fosters broad intellectual perspectives that lead to impactful careers

Researchers in the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢College of Public Health are conducting genomic sequencing of positive pooled samples to determine the prevalence of COVID-19 variants in Tampa Bay. This data will be utilized to project how emergent variants could influence the course of the pandemic.

Philanthropist Timothy Ubben made the gift to support research led by his doctor, Jose D. Herazo-Maya, аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢Health’s newly appointed associate chief of pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine.
