Location of new Student Health and Wellness Center to help improve emergency response times

The аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢Medical Response Unit has expanded its presence at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢with first responders stationed on both sides of the Tampa campus. It’s now headquartered at the Student Health and Wellness Center while maintaining its space in the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢Health College of Nursing building.

It’s one of the most modern buildings on campus, and its design is reflective of a post-COVID-19 era. USF’s new three-story, 47,000-square-foot Student Health and Wellness Center is nearly four times the size of the old Student Health Center, which had been located near the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢Tampa bookstore since 1980.
