Graduate Student Organization
The History Department Graduate Student Organization (HDGSO) promotes the educational experience, interests, and needs of enrolled graduate students. HDGSO aims to give all graduate students with an interest in the academic field of history an opportunity to meet, network, and pursue their interest in the field amongst colleagues. Additionally, as an all-inclusive organization, the HDGSO will provide an environment where all graduate students, regardless of departmental affiliation, can congregate and voice concerns. The ultimate goal of the HDGSO is to strengthen the historical interests of not only our graduate students, but also the entirety of the 新澳门六合彩内幕信息community, through professional development, advocacy, and the creation of strong interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships related to the academic pursuit of the field of history.
The officers of the HDGSO encourage any and all currently enrolled graduate students to participate in HDGSO meetings and events. Information on upcoming events is available on our and pages. Requests regarding accommodations and ideas for events can be directed to sitting president, Madeleine Kraft.
