Andrew Chettipally
Hi, my name is Andrew Chettipally and I am a Junior studying computer science. I picked computer science because I enjoy problem-solving and I have always enjoyed keeping up with technology news. I decided to attend 新澳门六合彩内幕信息as I saw that the CSE department was growing and I liked the opportunities that 新澳门六合彩内幕信息provides us to get involved through clubs and extracurriculars.
Why did I want to become a CSE Ambassador?

Hi! My name is Anne, I am a Junior at 新澳门六合彩内幕信息studying Computer Science. I have been passionate about programming since high school, and I am glad that I chose 新澳门六合彩内幕信息because of its strong academics and endless opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students. Why did I want to become a CSE Ambassador?
I remember when I was in high school (and as a freshman at college), I had very little knowledge about the field of Computer Science. I wish I had more resources at that time and knew how to manage my time better. I wanted to become an ambassador to help students avoid the obstacles that I encountered, and to guide them to grow not only professionally, but personally in this field.
Clubs and organizations
I am currently a Community Lead at Google Developer Student Club. I love the community there and how people always encourage you to learn and grow with them. I have also been a part of the Society of Competitive programmers for a long time, serving as an Expo Chair and helping create a machine learning project to present to K-12 students.
Fun fact about me
I love cooking! Italian and Mediterranean cuisines are my favorite, and my favorite dish right now is Athenian Fish (you can check it out at Acropolis Greek taverna)
Advice for first-year students

Alexis Lara-Ramirez
What's up, my name is Alexis Lara-Ramirez and I am a Tampa local, majoring in Computer Science with an interest in cybersecurity, embedded systems, robotics and AI. Ever since middle school, learning about computers and how they work has always been a passion of mine, which is why CS was the right career path for me to explore. I seek to empower younger students to explore STEM, be themselves, and to challenge themselves to grow not only as professionals, but as people as well.
Why did I want to become a CSE Ambassador?
My desire to help others is why I wanted to become a CSE Ambassador. I seek to be a mentor for lowerclassmen, providing guidance on how to manage classes, exploring Computer Science, professional development and much more. I also have a deep passion for encouraging those in K-12, especially hispanics students, to explore the fields of STEM, and that they can pave their own path to achieve their dreams.
Clubs and organizations
I eat, sleep and breathe SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers). It is an organization that I am very passionate about, empowering Hispanic engineers to grow and learn about the professional world, as well as providing a safe space to make friends, and be a part of the familia.

Nischal Olety Nagesh
Hi there! My name is Nischal Olety Nagesh, I am currently a sophomore majoring in computer science and minoring in entrepreneurship. Since I am originally from Bangalore, I grew up my whole life around technology. The concept of technology being able to help people develop and improve their lives, truly captivates me. Having seen computers go from boxes bigger than those that pizzas came in to smaller than a book, while still doing a lot more than it usually did, got me curious. I strongly believe that computers are now an inseparable part of our civilization and having mastered this would give one the ability to impact and influence on a global scale.
Why did I want to become a CSE Ambassador?
Besides wanting to impact lives in the future, I have always thought about ways I can start now, and this is why I decided to become a CSE Ambassador, to make a positive impact in the student experience.

One way that I try to make an impact in college is through participating in Student Organizations on Campus.
