How do I request a new project?
To ensure that all new ideas for IT projects and solutions are considered with the appropriate amount of due diligence, each one is guided through Intake and Governance processes separate from the standard service requests covered above.

- Be sure to follow all instructions provided on the form. For questions and assistance, please send an email to the Agile Transformation Office (ATO).
- Once the proposal has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing information on the next steps.

What is Information Technology Governance and how is it structured at USF?
Information Technology Governance describes the relationships and frameworks that provide input into process implementation, technology decisions, and project work within Information Technology.
The Information Technology Management Council (ITMC) ranks as the senior governing body of 新澳门六合彩内幕信息Information Technology. A number of Governance Subgroups support the ITMC by staying informed on and providing counsel as necessary on the 新澳门六合彩内幕信息Information Technology portfolio. These subgroups are focused on specific functional areas of the University.

How is a governance group chosen to review my project request?
A threshold scoring system is used during the initial review of new requests to determine if IT Governance applies. For more information about the threshold scoring system, see .

The purpose of the ITMC is to facilitate the effective and efficient use of technology in enabling the institution to achieve its strategy and goals. The Council is tasked with and accountable for promoting technology services to deliver optimal value to the institution and to verify that expected benefits from new investments are fully realized.

What are the various ITMC subgroups and who are the members?
Governance subgroups support the ITMC by staying informed on and providing counsel as necessary on 新澳门六合彩内幕信息Information Technology portfolio. These subgroups are focused on specific functional areas of the University.
The subgroups are formed and dissolved as needed to support ITMC, and may be supported by other governance structures – both permanent and temporary – as required to effectively achieve the purpose of ITMC and the subgroup.

The Administrative Solutions Governance Workgroup is the subgroup responsible for focusing on IT investments for the Business and Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities and Public Safety Operations functions in which technology is the recommended solution.

The Health Technology Governance Workgroup is the subgroup responsible for focusing on technology needs for the academic, research, and administrative missions at 新澳门六合彩内幕信息Health (excludes Faculty Practice). This includes staying informed on the business technology needs, IT investments (including eligibility and approval of Tech Fee funding for initiatives seeking it), and strategic alignment of projects for the following colleges and business units:

The Student Solutions Governance Workgroup is the subgroup responsible for focusing on technology needs and IT investments for the Student Success, Student Affairs, and other Academic departments to ensure they achieve their strategic goals.
