By focusing on undergraduate student career readiness, the ExCeL QEP directly supports the university鈥檚 mission to deliver competitive undergraduate, graduate and professional programs, generate knowledge, foster intellectual development and ensure student success in a global environment.

The successful execution of the ExCeL QEP will also positively impact on the university鈥檚 performance measures, specifically:

  • Metric 1: Percent of Bachelor鈥檚 Graduates Employed (earning $40,000+ and/or continuing their education, one year after graduation)
  • Metric 2: Median Wages of Bachelor鈥檚 Graduated Employed Full Time (one year after graduation)
  • Metric 4: Four Year Graduation Rate (full-time FTIC students)
