VETERANS' PREFERENCE

BACKGROUND AND CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECKS

Criminal background checks may be required for students or volunteers depending upon assignment.

SECURITY POLICY & CRIMINAL STATS - CLEARY ACT

Schools must publish an annual report disclosing campus security policy, three years' worth of selected crime statistics, and make timely warnings about crimes that pose an ongoing threat to students and employees. Under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, Campus Security Authorities play a vital role in the timely and accurate reporting of certain crimes and incidents within USF.
