The Bull Runner is USF's bus system, and all students, faculty, staff, and scholars can ride for free with their USFCard. The BullTracker™ provides real-time information regarding bus locations and arrival predictions, and can be downloaded to students’ mobile devices or accessed by a web browser. HART Bus System
The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) operates public buses that connect to certain Bull Runner stops, and аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢students ride for free using their USFCard through the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢U-Pass Program. Faculty, staff, and scholars ride at a discounted rate of 50 cents, too. Please visit the HART website for the most accurate maps, schedules, and route information.
Intercity Bus Options
Several companies offer affordable bus transportation from Tampa to other locations around the United States. RedCoach has a stop at the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢Tampa campus and connects to popular destinations such as Miami, Orlando, and West Palm Beach. Greyhound buses depart from the Tampa Bus Station and offer options outside of Florida. Please visit each company's website for accurate details regarding routes, prices, and riding policies.
Bike Share
Shareable bikes are located on bike racks throughout campus and are made available on a short-term basis for use on and off campus. Coast Bike Share operates these bikes and offers several different pass types at daily, monthly, and annual rates. To begin using this service, students may download the HOPR Transit app to sign up and unlock a bike.
Airports
The closest airport to the аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÄÚÄ»ÐÅÏ¢Tampa campus is Tampa International Airport (TPA) and it's located approximately 19 miles from campus. The St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is about 26 miles away and is a smaller, regional airport. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 82 miles from campus.
