Returning Students
To see if your previously submitted records meet the revised immunization policy, log into your OASIS account, select Personal Information, and select View Immunization Record. Recommended vaccinations include the Hepatitis B and Meningitis vaccinations. Tuberculosis Screening is required for students that applied to 新澳门六合彩内幕信息using an international address.
